11 months and 3 weeks ago, I couldn't think this far into the future. I couldn't feel this joy. I wouldn't let myself dream even this far into the future. My eyes are now open. I'm so glad. I couldn't/wouldn't miss this little girl's first birthday for anything in the world! I'm sure I will dig deeper into that day almost a year ago later in the week as her birthday approaches but for now, I enjoyed this early celebration of her 1st birthday!
Well Monkey celebrated her birthday this weekend with my husband's family (celebration #1 out of 3).
